AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “user”), and Free Accident Reports (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of this website and any related mobile websites, applications, media forms, channels, or content (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms or documents posted on the Site from time to time are expressly incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ELIGIBILITY AND JURISDICTION
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 may not use or register for the Site.
The Site is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such use would violate applicable law or subject us to registration requirements. Users accessing the Site from other jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
NO LEGAL SERVICES / ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE
Free Accident Reports is not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service, and does not provide legal advice. We may endorse or recommend participating third-party legal professionals (“Sponsors”) who pay to participate in advertising on the Site.
No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the Site, chatting, or submitting information. Services are not available in all states or for all legal categories. All persons depicted in photographs or videos are actors or models, not actual clients.
PERMISSION TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
The Site provides a free, advertising-supported service. By using the Site, you agree that Free Accident Reports may collect and share your contact information and accident-related information with one or more Sponsors for the purpose of being contacted.
You may receive telephone calls, emails, and/or SMS messages from Free Accident Reports and/or Sponsors in an effort to assist with the accident recovery process. Use of the Site does not create a client–sponsor relationship.
TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA) CONSENT
By submitting your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications via telephone, email, and SMS, including automated or prerecorded messages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, including source code, databases, software, text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, trademarks, and logos (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to Free Accident Reports and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Content is provided “AS IS” for personal, non-commercial use only. No portion of the Site or Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, or exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you submit is accurate and current
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
- You are at least 18 years old
- You will not use automated or non-human means to access the Site
- You will not use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Your use will comply with all applicable laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any information provided is inaccurate or misleading.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Site for any purpose other than its intended use. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Data mining, scraping, or extraction using automated tools
- Commercial use without authorization
- Attempting to interfere with Site security or functionality
- Using the Site for unlawful purposes
CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You grant Free Accident Reports the right to access, store, process, and use any information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Site, restrict access, remove content, or take legal action to protect our rights and the integrity of the Site.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may terminate or restrict access to the Site at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable for interruptions, downtime, or loss of access.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
DISCLAIMER
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or third-party services advertised on the Site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL FREE ACCIDENT REPORTS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, during the one (1) month preceding the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free Accident Reports and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic records and signatures satisfy legal requirements.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
MISCELLANEOUS DISCLOSURES
- No Consumer Reporting Agency: We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA
- Public Records: We are not the custodian of public records
- Accuracy: Accident report data is provided by government sources and may contain errors
- Sponsorships: Contact from Sponsors does not create a client relationship beyond the initial inquiry
