Narrative
DENVER, CO – A woman died Saturday night when a vehicle struck her at busy Denver intersection.
The accident happened at 10 p.m. at the intersection of East Alameda Avenue and South Colorado Boulevard. This is just northeast of Hyde Park in the Glendale area.
It’s not clear if the victim was crossing the street at the time of the crash, nor do we know if she was struck in a designated crosswalk.
Authorities haven’t yet released the name of the deceased.
Police aren’t calling the wreck a hit-and-run, but they’ve also not shared any details about the driver or vehicle involved in the crash.
