KENOSHA COUNTY, WI – One was left dead, and another was injured in a head-on crash in Salem Lakes Tuesday. The collision occurred before 3:30 pm on County Highway F, TMJ4 reported. Police said a 2016 Buick Encore went in the opposite lane of a no-pass road and collided head-on with a gray 2015 Lexus. Alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash. The driver of the Lexus, a 31-year-old woman, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Buick was taken to a hospital. Police identified him as David Russo, 64. Russo succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead
