COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A crash between a semi-truck and a car at the Palmer Park Boulevard & North Powers Boulevard junction resulted in lane closures for nearly four hours Thursday. The crash was reported around 4:40 a.m., and all lanes reopened around 8 a.m. It is unclear if anyone sustained injuries.
