Narrative
On Feb. 27th, a motorcyclist died when he was thrown from his bike after hitting the side of a passenger car at the intersection of Cache Le Poudre and Prairie. The car had proceeded to cross the intersection after obeying a stop sign, and it was just starting to move when the westbound motorcycle slammed into it around 4:20p.m. The motorcyclist was ejected and died as a result. The Colorado Springs Police Department responded to the emergency. There is an ongoing investigation to see if speed or alcohol were involved. No further information was provided regarding the identity of the deceased nor the condition of the other driver.
