Narrative
An 18 year-old fell off his motorcycle and was killed by a car on Feb. 1st around 9:25p.m. The teenager had been speeding before he lost control and fell. He lost control when he slowed to turn a corner. After he fell, the vehicle ran him over. Someone who witnessed the accident report that the car drove away after briefly pausing. The victim died at the hospital.
