Narrative
DENVER, CO – One person was hurt Tuesday in a two vehicle crash involving a semi along the interstate in the Park Hill area of Denver.
The incident happened early in the morning on the westbound ramp to I-70 at Holly Street, which is northeast of the Denver Zoo.
Police say that an 18-wheeler and an RV collided and that one of the drivers sustained serious injuries. It’s not yet clear what caused the two vehicles to crash.
Officials closed the westbound lanes of the frontage road leading up to the on-ramp while crews worked to clear the scene.
A full investigation is underway.
