Narrative
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A two-vehicle collision at a busy Colorado Springs intersection killed a motorcyclist on Friday night.
The incident occurred just before 7:30 p.m. at North Hancock Avenue and 4th Street, which is at the northwest corner of Thomas A. Edison Elementary School.
Police say the motorcycle rider was ejected in the intersection when a vehicle pulled in front of their bike, and they collided.
The motorcyclist died at the scene. Authorities have not yet shared their identity with the public.
