Narrative
At 7p.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Highway 17 on March 8th. The vehicle fled the scene and law enforcement is still seeking the driver and vehicle that hit the pedestrian. The state police stated that the vehicle might be a black semitruck wit a tanker trailer attached. They also stated that they believe the vehicle might have front end destruction on the left side.
