Narrative
A semi’s brakes failed as it was driving down I-70 near the Eisenhower Tunnel, causing the semi to strike another semi on Jan. 9th. The driver of the second semi was hospitalized and his truck was overturned. The accident occurred at 7:10a.m., and it took several hours for the Colorado State Patrol Hazardous Materials Unit to clear the mess.
